Who is the data controller?

In accordance with data protection regulations, we hereby inform you that your data shall be processed by the CLÍNICA UNIVERSIDAD DE NAVARRA (hereinafter, "CUN") as the Data Controller. You may contact the Data Protection Officer for the facility in writing at: dpocun@unav.es, or Avenida Pio XII, 36, 31008, Pamplona.

What is the data gathered for and what is the legal standing for processing it?

The personal data you send us may be processed by the CUN for any of the purposes outlined below, depending on the appropriate legitimate grounds of same:

1. Registration and participation in the event.

• Purpose: We shall process your data in order manage and complete your registration, accreditation and participation in the event. The data shall also be processed to send your attendance and credits certificate and to manage any issues relating to taxation, finances, accounts, administration or organisation of the event.
• Data processed for this purpose: Personal and contact data; financial/economic data.
• Legitimate grounds: Implementation of the legal relationship entered into with the CUN, legitimised by registering in the event.

2. Sending information of interest.

• Purpose: In addition, we shall process your data to send you information of interest about the activities of the CUN, along with advertising and promotional material about same.
• Data processed for this purpose: Personal and contact data.
• Legitimate grounds: Interested party's consent.

Which third parties shall have access to your data?

Your data shall be sent to the following recipients:

• Public Administrations to comply with legal obligations when it is necessary to do so;
• Banking entities to effectively manage payment for registering at the event;

How long will the data be kept for?

Your personal data shall be kept for the appropriate periods established by law, and for the duration of the legal relationship between the two parties, unless you exercise your right to deletion.

What rights are you entitled to?

You are entitled to exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability. To do so, please send a written letter with a copy of your national identity card or similar document to: Avenida Pío XII, 36, 31008 Pamplona, or send an email message to: protecciondedatosnav@unav.es.
